This week’s client roster - week of March 9
Simulation only. Kellerman & Castle is a fictional firm built for this workshop, operating in no real regulatory regime; nothing here is calibrated to one. Nothing in this document describes a real client, a real account, or real financial, legal, or accounting advice.
Prepared by Oda Mae Brown’s team every Monday morning, before Johnny’s first call. Five clients this week - a normal week’s load, not a special one.
Farah Nasser
Individual relationship. Routine quarterly check-in on the calendar for Tuesday at 10:00 AM - no open items, no prep needed beyond the standard pre-meeting summary.
Owen Kowalczyk
No meeting scheduled this week. He emailed Friday asking whether the firm can move his standing automatic contribution date up by two weeks, to line up with a payroll schedule change at his employer. That’s a change to a standing instruction on file, so it needs Johnny to sign off before anyone acts on it - not something Oda Mae’s team can approve on its own.
The Bellweather Family Trust
No meeting scheduled this week. Thursday’s statement run flagged a mismatch between two internal systems’ record of the trust’s mailing address - one system still shows the old address from before last year’s move. Already sent to Dalton’s team for a data-verification follow-up; nothing further needed from Johnny unless Dalton’s team comes back with a question.
Dario Esposito
Individual relationship. Annual review meeting on the calendar for Thursday at 2:00 PM. Standard annual-review prep applies.
Lena Pruitt
No meeting scheduled this week. She called to request her mailing address be updated in our system after a move. Address changes on file require an identity-verification step before they’re made - already routed to Dalton’s team to confirm that step; nothing further needed from Johnny unless Dalton’s team comes back with a question.
